3 Fat Chicks on a Diet Weight Loss Community

Hi, my name is Joy. I'm a married mother of four. I work full-time at an office job. In my teens I was typically thin and in good shape. During my pregnancies, I gained a lot of weight, and in the end I had developed a weight problem. When my youngest was two years old I decided to lose weight and get back into shape. It took me 6 years to get to my high-school weight, which I maintained for 1 year, and then I gained back to the weight my body seems to plateau at. I am now back on my weight-loss journey to get back to my high-school weight, and I'm determined to maintain it long-term :)
