Hi everyone,

My name is Melanie. I am 23 (24 this year), women living and working in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. I am looking to start my weight loss journey but I know I cannot do it alone! I would love to chat with other women and connect with and motivate eachother. Also, any tips or recipes to help me along the way helps! I am eager and excited to join the group!
