Default Need to shead these 90 lbs HELP

I started in 2010 at 334 lbs and I started doing zumba a few times a week and I walked daily. At the time I was not working and I had more time to dedacate to weight loss. Now I am working a full time job and I have 3 young children. It seems like I never have time to eat right or to exercise. I need someone to give me a kick in the behind. I am currently at 250lbs and I want to be at 160 so I have a long way to go. I live in Rosenberg, TX outskirts of Houston. Any Ideas as how to get back on track with losing?

Ashley, congratulations on losing 84 pounds, that's fantastic! You've proven to yourself that you have the ability to lose weight, so now you just need to factor in a few new challenges It's really tough to work full time and be a parent. A lot of our members have managed to make weight loss work, despite the additional challenges, so hopefully you can pick up some good tips and stay on the path to your goal Please feel free to browse around and jump in anywhere that looks interesting!
