Hello! New person here!
Hello everyone,
This seems like the lovely supportive forum I have been looking for. I've been overweight for about 10 years and I feel like I should get back to normal for the sake of my health. I feel relatively fit and active but I weigh about 200 pounds (90kg) and I'm aiming to get to get to about 130 pounds, I'm looking forward to getting to know you all! ;) |

all the best to you. taking it slow is the name of the game when it comes to weight loss I guess. aim for 2-3 lbs. reduction per week and soon your will reach your goal. |
