I've been a member here for a while but never really posted before. My weights gone up and down over the years, the lowest being 134 a few years ago. I had a baby 9 months ago and my weight went to an all time high recently of 160 so I'm really tryng to lose it. I'm doing the 30 day shred and starting a Saturday bootcamp from next week. I'm also walking as much as I can.
I'm breastfeeding but now baby's eating more it's easier. I'm not finding the weght dropping off with breastfeeding, it makes me want to eat more!
I'm on for a bit of support as I'm finding it difficult x
