Kind of new :)

  • Hi I've been a member here for a while but never really posted before. My weights gone up and down over the years, the lowest being 134 a few years ago. I had a baby 9 months ago and my weight went to an all time high recently of 160 so I'm really tryng to lose it.

    I'm doing the 30 day shred and starting a Saturday bootcamp from next week. I'm also walking as much as I can.

    I'm breastfeeding but now baby's eating more it's easier. I'm not finding the weght dropping off with breastfeeding, it makes me want to eat more!

    I'm on for a bit of support as I'm finding it difficult x
  • Welcome and congrats on the new baby
    Myfitnesspal is an awesome app. Really easy to track your food and exercise. Even junk food..it's on there!
    Sometimes it's hard to cut out time for exercise. But here's something I found was easy and fun when my kids were little. I'd turn on music video's and dance in the living room! Kids think it's hilarious, even babies, and momma gets a workout!
