Adding a sliding bar

How do you add a weight sliding bar? I'm very new to this site :dizzy: thanks for any help replies back x

In order to protect from some aggressive spammers, the site rule is that the weight ticker can be added after 20 days and 20 posts.

Explore the different threads and the time will pass quickly.
