Getting my mind in the place it has to be has always been a struggle. But, once I'm in it, I don't deviate. I'm pretty headstrong, I guess. That's just me. Once I start seeing results, that motivates me even more. I use a lot of visualization, picturing what I'll be able to wear at a certain weight (my closet is full of clothes I used to be ble to wear). I picture myself being able to run longer, climb stairs easier, etc. All that keeps my head in the game. Best of luck to you!
