Hi Everyone,
I put the word new in quotes because I have actually been on the forum before but can not recall the user name I had and I no longer have the email address that was associated with the other account.

With that said let me introduce myself, my name is Jaye and I live in Fairbanks Alaska, I am starting the Beck Diet For Life (green hardback book) over again. I look forward to spending time on here and making new friends, I am now working as a peer support specialist at an independent living agency and love what I do!! :carrot:
