3 Fat Chicks on a Diet Weight Loss Community - spring is in full bloom and so is my ***!

Day 4 of dieting and motivation is dwindling. I did some research on motivation and weight loss and the consensus? Using a support group. 3FC is the answer for me.

My name is Gloria, and I am overweight, no surprise there. We have had a long and brutal winter here in Cleveland, but finally, Spring has arrived. Four days ago I went to my drawer to put on a pair of shorts. I started with my skinny shorts just to be sure I was no longer skinny. Check. Then I moved onto my "I have gained some weight shorts." I assumed they would fit, but I wasn't prepared for what happened. The spandex was stretched out so taught around my thighs most of the short ended up in that lovely area where my thighs rub together as I walked. OH NO, I only have one more option left, my fat shorts! I put those on and knew damn well they were too small as well, but I was in denial. I went to run some errands in them, and on my way to the tanning salon (because I needed a pick me up since my skinny shorts no longer fit) I saw my reflection in the window and damn near fell over! WHo is that? I looked behind me to see which chubby gal was wearing MY shorts. To my my dismay, I was the chubby gal!

And THAT is what has brought me here today. I am looking forward to chatting with everyone here. I love reading everyone's posts, it really is motivating and inspiring. So glad I signed up.
