Hey y'all, I just joined and am excited to be here. Although, I may not seem that overweight to some, I have gained 44 pounds in the past 10 years--age and too much good food in Louisiana! I have finally gotten serious about taking it off and can't wait to share information and successes with everyone here! :bunny2:
