Houston, we have a problem!
 

I live in Houston, and I would be grateful for any information about the best supports groups for overeaters in this area. As a man, I feel out of place at most of the meetings I have been to. It may be that I am very resistant to the 12-step process. I have tried a few SMART Recovery meetings, which I really liked, but the meetings are full of former AA and NA members. Again, I feel out of place. If there are any Houstonians out there, I would love to hear from you.

Hopefully there is some info that could be useful :)

Check out Weight Watchers groups in your area...they can be very gender/age etc friendly as they usually have a varied range in each meeting.
