my first diet ever, new here
 

Hello, I am getting ready to start a diet as soon as the supplements are delivered. I have NEVER ever dieted. I am 100# over weight and I am going to do this. I have a friend who told me about this site and I am grateful for it.
Has anyone else done Ideal Protein diet or your own version of it? If so, Id love to have a friend here that understands. Its good to be here. From the Midwest, married, one grown son and a granddaughter. A believer in Jesus Christ, I love people, have a creative spirit.
