Ready at last here goes...
 

Have been so busy with work and having kids for years my weight just kept creeping up and up. I was 10stone when i got married in 2002 and now at 42 I am 12stone 12lbs. I am disgusted with myself and I hate seeing myself when passing a mirror or in a photo, I actually look even fatter than this in photos as my face is really big. Anyway kids are older and I am currently not working so time it right to finally tackle this prob. I'm 5ft4inches so I feel 33lbs should do it. Sounds like a lot but that still puts my bmi at the higher end of average. So here goes starting tmoro ...
