Hi everyone

I am English, living in Denmark with my Danish husband and my youngest daughter (eldest at Uni in the UK). Since we moved to Denmark I have put on yet another stone in weight and it's caused me all sorts of rubbish health problems as a result.

So, I am now hoping to shed 6 stone by the time I am 40 (I am 38 at the moment).

I am doing Slimming World online with my husband who needs to lose around 3 stone. We have been doing it for nearly 2 weeks and so far so good!
