New From Texas....So tired of the fat
 

I am really in a bad spot. I can hardly do anything. I am out of control with my eating. I went from being really slim to having to buy all new pants. I can barely look at myself in the mirror and hate my reflection at every turn. The nights are the hardest for me as I don't know how to get through my evening as my mind races and I feel compulsively hungry. How do I get through the nights without alcohol to take my mind off my disgusting physique? Anyone else have trouble making it through the nights? My husband is of no support and often is gone or just simply not "present". Looking to meet some good folks on here in the same position.
