Hi,

I'm Sorrow, im 31 years old and live in the Cambridgeshire area (sunny UK). I recently googled and discovered this little corner and i thought i'd join because losing weight is a very lonely and drury task i found.

I've been overweight for most of my life, and after i got told by the NHS that i would need to lose weight to be considered for any treatment, i was determined to show them that i can do just that!

I started off at 18st 3 and i am currently at 15st 7, most of this is due to picking up a hobby (getting off that couch!!) and a change of eating habits and of course i jumped on the Cambridge bandwagon and i feel better than ever. I still have a long way to go (my goal is around 13st which is as realistic as i can get it i suppose for my height and figure)

welcome!! I just joined although I've been reading the forums for a few months. anytime I'm feeling down I get on & just read & it makes me feel better & gets me motivated again.

Well done for losing the weight! You're more than halfway to your goal and that's amazing!
Btw I love Cambridge, it's an amazing city Plenty of pretty sights to see while going out on healthy walks, but I'm sure you know that already. I used to live not too far away in Bishop's Stortford for a while.
