Ready for change
 

Hello new friends,

Just wanted to jump in and get my feet wet. I'll be 50 soon and feeling so much older than my age. It's time to regain my health, and eating/exercising is definitely part of that.

From past efforts, I know support is essential to my weight loss. I've been here before and know what a great community this is at 3FC.

As dumb as it sounds, I quit posting before because I couldn't stand the term "fat chick." Maybe it's time to drop the pride (and the fork) and just do something about it, huh?
