New to group--trying to build momentum
Hello everyone--I finally joined up b/c 3FC seems so open and non-judgmental. My weight & fitness struggle saga has been a long one, since puberty. I've been really successful at times in establishing and maintaining healthy habits, but I'm a stress eater and have struggled with emotional issues around food for more than 25 years. One of my goals this year is to take better care of myself, so here I am!

Have you learned mindfulness meditation. And mindfulness ideas generally, i mean as in from buddhism and that sort of practice. EVeryone should learn mindfulness. Even if we are not always able to practice it, if we've learnt it we have the tools to use when we want to. There's also a thing called mindful eating nowadays. I haven't read any books on it but i've seen them about. |
