I'm new here. I have lost weight before. Last time 119 pds. I left wonderful.
Now it is time to get this weight off for good.

I have enjoyed seeing all the before and after pictures so inspirations. I will soon be joining you.

I have 140 pds to lose.

I am 55 love to read love sports.

I'm from Chicopee Ma. Work at Umass.

Hi Mam1958. I too, am new to 3fc. I guess I'm rather stupid, because I can't really even figure out where to go to post - lol. I notice that you & I are about the same sex & age. Although I have about 100# to lose - you are several inches taller than I am. I am curious what program (if any) you are following? I have been with Atkins for years & weigh more now than I did when I started. Except for now I also have Type 2 diabetes & high cholesterol. Go figure. I would be very interested in seeing what you are doing & how it is going for you. I'm rooting for you big-time...

Right now I am trying to eat no sugar or proceeded foods. This is on my doctor's advice. It is very hard though. I start out wonderful then fall off.
Then feel horrible.

But I won't give up.

Doc says you need to be 2 weeks free of sugar and white products to stop having sugar cravings.

It really works well and I feel so good. I did it for 3 months before Xmas then Xmas came and I had a small piece of sweets with docs ok. Now I can't stop again.

I really believe I can not eat it like some people can not have another drink or cigarette.

2jellybelly please never call yourself stupid. You are not... It just takes a while to get use to the site and to find what you want.
