Here I go again...P1, Day 1

Hi all,

I am new to this site. I am starting back on SBD after not being on it for about a year and a half. I gained back every pound i lost and then some. I am in i to win it this time. Life change. My only issue is keeping my hunger at bay and cooking for myself and my family ( who are not doing it with me). It should be interesting.
