hello looking for support :)

Hey everyone I just started the quick weight loss center diet program. I started monday at 213 and weighed in today at 211, so I guess so far so good. Im here to give and take support ;).
I'm also in the houston, TX area. Good luck everyone!
ok so I went for another weigh in Friday I'm down 207
