Introduction (revisiting)

I am happy to see this site is still available for us struggling to lose weight as well as sharing many success stories. Mine is still a struggle and a story in the making. I have tried and tried and tried to lose weight. My last attempt was about 2-3 years ago with the IDEAL Protein plan. Now I am on the TLS Weight loss solutions plan and am trying really hard to stick with it.
