Hello again!

Well I am back...was super successful my first go-round with ideal protein, ost 40lbs in 9 weeks. Unfortunately got very frustrated towards the end with different coaches giving different advice each week and gave up. Of course, put weight right back on. So, giving it another go and hopefully will be able to see it through till the end this time!
