Hello from Missouri
 

**** everyone. I am 44 years old and the doctors tell me I am morbidly obese. I have tried many times to lose weight and then I end up gaining it right back. I am hoping that maybe if I join some sort of online community with other people going through the same thing that I might be successful this time. I have started having medical issues and I'm scared. I'm hoping this will help me stick to a diet for once.
