New to site, looking for new friends! =]
Hello all!! I am 26, I have PCOS, and I have a 6 month old miracle baby boy! I want to be healthier, and happier for my son, husband, and myself. I need to lose quite a bit of weight(140lbs to lose), and I am just starting my journey. I know how to eat right, and what exercises to do. But my problem is I don't have the energy to start my transformation! So any help, or advice is helpful! Thank you!

It is hard to get started but worth it. I suggest that you pick one small effort that you know you can accomplish and practice that one thing. Do not worry about what you will do next...it will come when you are ready.
Your one first thing could be walking around a room five times, twice a day, carrying that beautiful baby in your arms. It would be good for both of you. You will have a feeling of accomplishment and hopefully lead you to your next healthy choice. |

Thank you everyone I appreciate it!!! I did my first intense workout today at curves! It was exhausting, but I feel great!
