3 Fat Chicks on a Diet Weight Loss Community

Hello everyone!:)
I used to post on the forums quite frequently. I took a break and decided to try maintaining while I endured two major surgeries (spine surgery and total hysterectomy with repairs). My weight has been up and down within 20 pounds but I have things under control again and I have lost five pounds in January. I have decided to try going lower than I have before and I will just see how I feel along the way. It is important for my mobility that I try to stay at a healthy weight. Anyway, I am back and I have to say that I missed posting here! You are a great bunch of people and I don't think I could have lost all the weight I have without your support. :D
