Hello all,
My name is Amanda and I am from a small town in Ontario, Canada.
I am a new member, however I have been on the forum before as a guest reading up on dieting tips, recipes etc.

This time around I wanted to join for two reasons, one being I want to be apart of this encouraging community and two, I just started the Ideal Protein diet and would like to meet others that are on the same diet, in hopes of sharing recipes, success, encouragement and the like.
