Hi, Y'all!

I joined 3FC about a year and a half ago, disappeared during some health issues, and am now returning. I started out in June 2012 at 198. Following a paleo way of eating, I lost about 20 pounds by the fall. Through various issues and two surgeries in the last year, I've maintained that loss. I haven't gained or lost any more. While not gaining is good, I really want to get rid of another 38 pounds. I want to find my collarbone and hip bones; I know they're there somewhere. So, I'm back for the social support -- to give and receive.
