Hello from Texas

Hello I'm Jae, I am new to the forum. I am a male 23 years old, I hope this forum is not exclusively for women. I have recently started a lifestyle change. I am currently 183 pounds my goal is to reach 140 pounds in a 3-4 month span and maintain it. I am here to offer support to anyone I possibly can and I would appreciate your support in return.
