I have been overweight all my life and a yo-yo dieter for many years. Once I saw my weight hit the 300 mark I knew it was time to get serious about making changes for good. I just recently got married and would like to get in shape to be able to start a family. My husband says he loves me the way I am but I know I'm not healthy.
I just started Curves! In high school I did a free trial with them but I'm excited that they are partnering with Jillian Micheals. They have some new classes that she added which is great to add intensity. I had my first class last night, which was my first time working out in months, and it totally kicked my butt. I hope that I will be able to stay motivated to keep going!
