Hello from the new guy
 

Hello everyone. This is a first for me to be on a site where I am hoping to have support from others going through same journey as me. I find it hard to lose and harder to keep it off. But I am looking to make a change in that and find a way to keep and welcome all for conversation.

Welcome to 3FC and good luck with your weight loss journey! I'm fairly new here as well, but I have found lots of great info and support here. I find reading the "Goals!" section of the forum to be incredibly motivating because it will show people with actual results. Just a suggestion. :)
