Hello I ,m a 34 year mom of 3. I have struggled with my weigh and yo yo diets for over 15 years now.
Enough is enough my personality is being smuttererd by fat. I need to lose this weight and become happy with myslef agian.

Is anyone else here from Ontario ??????
