
So I have 8 months off of school and I HAVE to get back in shape before I start back in the fall. I think this is a good place to start - I usually just loose the weight and be done with it - but then something happens (full time school and work where I sit on my butt all day) and I gain it back.

This is THE LAST TIME I AM DOING THIS...... I usually don't pay that much attention and am like....... oh if I gain some I will just loose it no prob... but this time I have gone way overboard... and now I am stuck having to loose soooo much. It is a new year and it's time.... actually I have RUN OUT OF TIME...

My arch enemy is procrastination. So I have to start holding myself accountable for my actions... I see other post and I don't know you but I am proud of all of you - it's hard to do.... really hard to do.




Maintenance is definitely the hardest part, so besides planning to lose weight, start planning what you are going to do to keep it off, and you will be successful, I'm sure! Good to have you here! Good luck!
