Intro...because I'm back
 

It's tough for me to start this. I'm an old member with a new name. I was here in 2009 and lost 75lbs on WW and used this site faithfully for support. That was the first time in my life that I had attempted to diet and I worked my butt off to get to 185lbs. I then met my boyfriend and I got caught up in love and didn't follow my plan like I should have. In 2 and a half years I had gained about 25lbs back and, of course, was very disappointed in myself. I decided to put myself back on WW to lose what I had gained, and an additional 10lbs to get to my goal weight. I found out about a month later that I was pregnant with my first baby. Fast forward a year and 3 months and I now have a beautiful little girl who is 6 months old and I am back at the same weight that I was before I started my journey in 2009. I know that I have a long road ahead of me and I am filled with so much disappointment in myself for allowing my weight to creep up this high again, but dwelling on that will get me nowhere...so here I am.

I am starting back on plan and my journey begins again. I absolutely love this site and know that I wouldn't have been as successful as I was 4 years ago without the support from the people here. I can't wait to see the scale moving in the right direction again and I'm excited to be back!

Hi Izzy's_Mom! :welcome: BACK! Congrats on your beautiful baby girl! What a blessing! And please don't waste any more time and effort in being disappointed for regaining the weight. Maintenance is hard! And when you have a baby in that time, it's extremely hard! But you've taken the weight off before and you can do it again! :cheer: This is still the wonderfully supportive place you remember. I too came back after a hiatus of 4 years and it's made all the difference! You'll get back into the swing of things very quickly! Good luck!
