New to forum

Hi everyone!

My name is Jeanine. I just started weight watchers yesterday. I'm keeping my weight loss journey kind of a secret from my friends, only my family and boyfriend know. I want to do this for myself and without outside pressure if that makes any sense. So I'm looking to this forum for support... So HIIII !!!

And yes, keeping your weight loss journey to yourself makes a lot of sense. Our loved ones are well-meaning but sometimes it's just easier to do it and tell them about it later, lol! Good luck!
