trying to get back on track!

hello wonderful people!

I'm 29, a pescaterian, long time weight struggler.

I have lost weight and maintained a healthy weight twice in my adult life: once at 21 and again at 25. So maybe maintain is the issue.

I'm here because both times I lost weight in a very crash diet fashion. I'm currently looking for a life long commitment to a whole food/clean/healthy/kind diet.... and of course the motivation to exercise.

Thanks for a place to seek motivation and support!! :carrot:
