Introductions make me nervous.....
:) They don't really, I just couldn't think of a title! I'm Kim and I have a heck of a long journey to embark on. I started an exercise and diet plan in August. I've lost a total of 7 lbs. I'm not doing everything I could be. This is my next step I guess. I need some support or motivation. I have 150+ lbs to shed which is more than half my body weight! Some :dust: and motivation could go a long way!!!! :)

Hi Kim! :welcome: This is a great place for support and encouragement! There are lots of forums and threads, some more active than others, so browse around, and jump right in! The more involved you get, the more motivated you'll become and more accountable you'll stay. Good luck!

I second Jacqui_D -- this place is terrific for support and encouragement and all it requires is engagement. Find one or more places where you are comfortable posting every day and you'll start feeling more motivated and getting lots of ideas about how to make changes that work for you. |
