Just joined and hoping to get support to get to my goal weight. Tired of trying to do this on my own. Need motivation.

Hi akjolen! :welcome: I keep hearing on talk shows and reading articles online recently that say the best way to lose weight is to do it with a friend or with an online community of like-minded individuals, and that's exactly what we are here! You no longer have to do it on your own! This site really does make a difference. I know it plays a big part in my weight loss success (and when I get away from it, I falter).
