After a good few years of feeling like I couldn't control my weight and suffering self-esteem issues in terms of physical appearance, I'm really taking things seriously this time. I've lost a little bit of weight and gained it all back in the past, but this time I am seeking support and encouragement among my friends to help keep me going.
