Singapore is a terrific place. I haven't been there in many years but it is certainly sunny and beautiful.

Hi Charis! :welcome: This is the place to be to learn all about what it takes to lose weight and keep it off! Exercise is wonderful, but what you eat (and don't eat) makes the biggest difference when it comes to weight loss. Browse around here and jump right in! Good luck!
