Hello! I've been lurking here for a while, and I really relate to your struggles and triumphs with weight, food, exercise, etc. I am a forty-nine-year-old wife and mom who lost 55 lbs. in the last year. My focus now is keeping the weight off. See you around the forum!:smug:
