I am not only looking to make dietary and exercise changes, I am trying to improve my overall life. Trying to read more books! :D Eat more veggies !:carrot: At least 6+ miles walked/jogged a week! (3 this week so far, started yesterday!) :D HOME COOKED MEALS, less processed! :p Bet back in school! :o Finally drive.. :( Short list! BUT Many more in my head. I'm excited! What lit the fire under my bum? My crappy life. :cool: Again :hug: *HELLOOOOO* everyone!! I hope to post around here on a daily basis for advice, help, and getting to know people in the same boat. Welcome, stalique! The weight loss journey improved my life in most of the ways you mentioned! I'm reading more books, eating more veggies (I am an artist -- salad is my art form), walk 6+ miles a week, home cooked meals. I'm done with school but, I swear, I learned as much as I would if I'd gotten a masters degree in "Lose Weight-ology." I already drove, but even that is better because my knee doesn't hurt when I reach for the pedals.
