Hello!

Hi peoples!

My name is Bryan and i am 20 years old. I weigh 168.5lbs.. I am trying to lose some weight...

My goal is to try to lose at least 5 - 10lbs over the next few months..

Now i have surf around this forum and it does feel welcoming..

I hope to get a lot of support here as all of us here are going thru the same thing...
