Hi there.. I'm new here, but not to dieting

I've been on the Paul McKenna hypnotic gastric band since the beginning of February 2013... And so far I've lost 10 stone 11 lb... And hoping to drop off a few more stone until I'm where I want to be..

I hope you can inspire me on my long journey, and in turn I hope to inspire you xxxxxx
