Hey all! My boyfriend is pretty much sick of hearing my routine weight loss/gain chatter, and in searching for info on ketosis I came across this community.
I had gained a ton of weight after rehab and being put on Prozac 4 years ago. I began my weight loss journey about 3 years ago and it's been a rollercoaster. I got as close as 8 lbs from my ultimate goal, but indulging with my partner in a new relationship put on an insane 25 lbs backslide. So here I am 30 lbs from my final goal, in the midst of the holidays, starting my weight loss again.
I'm looking forward to the support, info, and outlet for my weightloss ongoings!
