I woke up and i hit THAT number!
 

HI I am Vicki , 3 weeks ago i stepped on the scale and i hit THAT number... yes the one I said i would NEVER be, that unacceptable one in my head for me ! ACK!

I joined herbal magic and here I am . I am very hard on myself for getting here and even harder on myself if I slip. What happens when you hit 40 and everything secures itself to your belly?

I ma happy with the results so far although i gain .5 or .2 here and there on one of my 3 weekly visits but i do like that I only have to go 2 days without a ra ra although i am hoping to find some extra inspiration here and what I am reading is calling my name so thank you all for being so supportive of each other .

Any other HM'ers out there who are making Family meals that work on HM? This is my biggest challenge, making something that EVERYONE will like that isn't just a pro, a starch, a veg .... the kids are getting tired of the "simple" meals

Hi Vicki! :welcome: I am not familiar with HM, but if there's not a post about it under the Diet Central section, maybe you can start one and tell everyone about it. There are always members here who are looking for a new plan, either because they are new to dieting and haven't decided which plan to try yet or because they have been on a plan for a while and feel it's losing its effectiveness or it's just not a good fit for them. No matter which plan you are on, you will find lots of support here! Good luck!
