Hello

Hi everyone my name is Amanda and I am a newbie on here. Here is a little bit of back ground on me I grew up always on the thin to healthy side I never had a problem with my weight until I was about 19. I graduated from high school and was no longer as active and I started to gain a little weight. I was overweight but not obese then I had my daughter and I thought being pregnant meant I could eat all I wanted to well 60 lbs of pregnancy for only a 8 lb baby and I had a lot to lose. Fast forward almost 8 years and here I am still overweight and have gained even more than the orginal 60 lbs so I have quite a journy ahead of me. I am 33 years old I have PCOS and I am now trying to lose oh just 80lbs no big deal right?? lol So I would love to join a place where I could find encouragement and a little kick in the pants when I get lazy! I have lost weight in the past but I am a emotional eater so as long as my life is going good I am ok the minute things start going bad I turn to my BFF brownies, cakes, and anything bad for me. So I know that is something I need to work on aswell. Thanks!

Hi Amanda! :welcome: You get lots of encouragement here! I know 80 lbs may seem overwhelming, but just take it 5-10 lbs at a time, and you will be successful! Good luck!
