Where are the single professional thirty-somethings?

After a few years of "checking out" this forum, I have finally decided to join. I am a 36 year old professional woman who has struggled with weight loss my whole life. I'm 5'3", and at my heaviest I weighed about 240. With the help of Medifast I took off 80 pounds four years ago, and I have kept most of it off within 20 pounds. Last spring, following a rather bad break up, I started Medifast again and dipped briefly to 155, my lowest since high school. Following a summer fling with a colleague that ended in September, I have jumped again to 170. UGH! (If you're seeing a pattern, you're not the only one...:dizzy:) So, I have once again ordered Medifast, and I am bound and determined to stay on plan until I reach my goal weight of 127. I am ready to get this heavy monkey off of my back once and for all.Then, I'll deal with my love life. Anyone out there have a similar situation? If so, I need some help staying in warrior mode.
