UK girly on her LAST 'diet'
Hi all! :)
I'm new to the site and I just thought I'd introduce myself. I've been big for as long as I can remember and I'm tired of all these faddy diets and I'm tired of being the 'fat friend'. It's time to stop using food as a crutch and as of this month I'm taking control of my destiny and my body and I am determined to eat properly and lose 6.5 stone. It's going to be tough but I know I can do it with the help of the wonderful people on this forum. I'm based near Manchester/Lancashire and London so if any one fancies being buddies, don't hesitate to contact me :) Thanks for reading! |
