Hi Bev! :wel3fc: You'll find lots of support and encouragement here to help you with motivation! Be sure to check out the success stories. They are very inspirational! Also, you might consider joining one or more of the challenges under "Chicks up for a Challenge" in the Support Groups. They are a great way to jump right in with both feet!
